More information has been revealed about the Manheim Township girl that is currently being held in the Lancaster County Prison after fatally stabbing her 19-year-old sister with Cerebral Palsy.
According to a search warrant, Police took knives and other items for DNA testing. It also states that police had communicated with Miller where she claimed she was having “suicidal and homicidal thoughts.”
Items such as the clothing she was wearing at the time of the murder, 9 kitchen knives and a whiteboard that listed out her chores. Police also stated that they would be seizing her phone to look for potential evidence relating to the murder.
It was also revealed that Miller had a TikTok account with a significant following. She would record videos of her lip-syncing to songs for her 21.9k followers. TikTok has now removed her account due to a violation to their community guidelines.
Helen Miller’s Autopsy shows that she died of stab wounds and her death was ruled a homicide. The number and location of these wounds can not currently be released since this is still an ongoing investigation.
